Job Description Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and professionally Support the sales function by preparing quotations, proposals, and renewal documentation Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling activities Maintain accurate records and manage the sales pipeline through CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients Provide administrative and operational support to the wider sales team, contributing to forecasting and reporting Person Specification Previous experience in a sales support or account management role Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships Highly organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks Proactive mindset with a drive to learn and develop within a commercial environment Comfortable working with systems and maintaining accurate data records A team player – collaborative, personable, and sociable with a positive attitude On Offer This is a site-based role offering a salary of up to £28,000 plus benefits.
